Biography:

Trina is the Trademark Administrator for Richard Law Group and has primary responsibility for all domestic and international trademarks filed and maintained by the firm. Trina has over 25 years of experience in the trademark field and is consistently praised for her exceptionally prompt responses and client service. She has extensive experience in trademark searching and clearance as well as in the preparation of trademark applications and maintenance documents with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Additionally, Trina works directly with clients to address their trademark requirements both within the U.S. as well as internationally, and works daily with counsel outside the U.S. to ensure that the trademark portfolios of the firm’s clients are properly managed and maintained. Trina is also the primary point of contact for attorneys outside the United States who desire to protect their client’s trademarks in the U.S.

In addition to her work with the firm, Trina is an active member and participant in the International Trademark Association (INTA) and has served on several committees within INTA in a leadership capacity.
